Working closely with the Outdoor Experience Manager, you will help campers build confidence and lifelong memories.

Requirements
Who We’re Looking For You are at least 19 years old with a passion for working with youth. You love the outdoors and don't mind getting a little dirty (heat, rain, and sunshine are part of the adventure!). You are high-energy and safety-conscious, with the ability to lead, teach, and jump into action when needed. You are proactive and eager to learn, with a belief in the Girl Scout mission.
Position Details
Role: Seasonal/On-Call Facilitator (Hours based on program needs). Approximately 10-20 hours per week on average; primarily evenings and weekends.
Requirements
Must pass a background check, have a valid driver’s license/vehicle, and get First Aid/CPR certified (we can help with this!). Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors in heat, rain, and to walk on uneven terrain, lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and have strong swimming ability.
