The Tennis Instructor is responsible for teaching fundamental tennis skills to youth participants in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise youth tennis clinics, practices, and activities Teach basic tennis skills including grip, footwork, serving, and rallying Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for all participants Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times Set up and take down equipment before and after sessions Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff Assist with organizing drills, games, and skill-building activities Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating good sportsmanship and attitude
