Les Peters Youth Academy

Moderate risk residential commitment program for female youth aged 14 to 19. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based intensive mental health services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling, while in the program.

To be considered you should

Possess a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field ~Licensed in the state of Florida ~ Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members ~ Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual ~ Must possess a current State Driver’s License and Insurance ~Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
