As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll provide individualized services to children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll implement learning programs, collect behavioral data, and support behavior intervention plans.
A High School Diploma is required, with a BA/BS in psychology, social work, special education, or a related field preferred. Current RBT certification and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
Description Pay rate will be $19.00 per hour
Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week - Monday through Friday only (no nights or weekends)
Observe and measure behavior in clinic settings to support behavior change Gather behavioral data to track progress of behavioral objectives Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using DTT, incidental teaching, and verbal behavior instruction Support teachers with general behavior management
High School Diploma required; BA/BS in psychology, social work, special education, or related field preferred Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Strong interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow professionally Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and work effectively with young children Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Medicaid Provider Number
