Requirements

Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Previous experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents. CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential. Background check clearance as per state regulations.
