• As an Assistant Childcare Teacher- Floater, you’ll inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, and create meaningful learning experiences that make every day exciting and purposeful for young learners.
• What You’ll Do: Design and deliver engaging lessons that promote exploration, early literacy, and critical thinking.
• Encourage independence and collaboration through hands-on, play-based learning.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements. CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience in a licensed childcare center. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a nurturing, enthusiastic personality.
