- *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

- Competitive Total Compensation Package Merit-based Annual Raises Excellent Mentorship Program & Exceptional Training Programs Opportunities for Professional Growth & Advancement Comprehensive Benefits including Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Generous Paid time off & Retirement Plans 🎯 Expectations: provide telecommute/remote speech services that adhere to the goals and objectives found in each student's IEP or Plan of Care administer all necessary evaluations and assessments with written reports and Plan of Care keep accurate records and provide updates on progress and recommendations regarding IEPs communicate ongoing student/client progress to parents/guardians, general education teachers, school administration, district personnel, and other service professionals Minimum Requirements: licensed as a Speech Pathologist by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board, hold a Pupil Service License by the Ohio Department of Education, and have your CCC, Certificate of Clinical Competence, from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and a minimum of two years of experience familiar with the Ohio Education Code, Ohio Code of Regulations, and Office of Education schools’ policies, rules, and regulations regarding programs and pupils valid Ohio Driver’s License in good standing hold valid CPR and First Aid training certificate Must clear a current background check through the FBI and BCI auto insurance liability coverage which meets the minimum for work-related travel (25/50k liability coverage) ability to travel to more than one site on any given day a current TB Test Preferred qualifications include: experience working with individuals with special needs five (5) years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist experience in auditing and monitoring compliance for the district, state, and federal regulations regarding Special Education 🌈 Environment & Physical Qualifications: Varied work environments, including classrooms, clinics, and homes Moderate to loud noise levels and physical demands may vary Working with individuals exhibiting diverse behaviors and needs Ready to make an impact?
