Our Job Coach will be integral in teaching students/clients how to perform a job, including, how to integrate into the job setting, appropriate social skills for the setting and specific job tasks.. At TES, you will be a part of the solution, helping us achieve goals which allow all our clients to learn and thrive.

Salary Range

• $15.50–$20.52/hr
• *Salary range depends on related experience, credentials, education, and regular use of a second language in your role. Supportive leadership that values your voice Health, dental, vision + $25,000 life & AD&D insurance (if eligible) Generous PTO Retirement plan, medical & dependent FSA options What You’ll Do: Coach and support a small group of students/clients at worksites Assist with transportation to and from job locations Teach job-related tasks and positive workplace social skills Collect onsite skills and behavior data Stand for extended periods and work both indoors/outdoors as needed Create job task analyses to support learning and success Be proactive and have a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving Be an appropriate role model Thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment while being flexible and embracing change Demonstrate emotional maturity and responsibility Innovate and act as an entrepreneurial self-starter Accept and value diversity Maintain a professional demeanor, attire, work schedule, and work ethic Have the ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and follow through on all duties and tasks as assigned Further develop professional and technical skills What You Bring: High school diploma Experience or knowledge supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities Flexible schedule including some weekends Valid Ohio driver’s license + auto insurance (per requirements) Willingness and ability to transport clients Current CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Pass background checks (BCI/FBI), controlled substance test & TB Test Work Environment: Every day brings something new—classrooms, clinics, community sites, and more!
