What You’ll Do

• As a Day Services Instructor / Caregiver, you’ll support and empower individuals through hands-on care, engaging activities, and community involvement.
• Provide direct care, supervision, and support to individuals throughout the day
• Lead and assist with activities that promote growth, independence, and community integration
• Help implement individual goals and plans alongside Case Managers
• Support with personal care needs (toileting, feeding, mobility, hygiene, etc.)
• Assist with transportation duties, including bus attendance and transfers
• Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all participants
• Document progress and maintain accurate records using agency systems
• Be part of a team that truly supports each other and the people we serve

• What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral needs (preferred, not required—we will train the right person!)
• A genuine desire to help others and make an impact
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to provide hands-on personal care
