Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to guide a classroom of children ages 1–2 years. The ideal candidate will create a warm, stimulating environment that supports social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment Supervise and ensure the well-being of all children at all times Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Conduct observations and track developmental progress Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and licensing standards Mentor and support assistant teachers as needed

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field preferred) Minimum [1–3] years of experience working with toddlers Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and classroom management skills Preferred Skills

Experience with play-based or emergent curriculum Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
