Work one-on-one with children with special needs to develop communication, social, and self-help skills. Implement and track behavior plans designed by BCBAs while collecting clinical data on client progress.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 18 years old, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Availability for specific weekday afternoon shifts and completion of background checks and vaccinations are required.

We’re hiring for clients throughout San Diego County, including Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Poway, Clairemont, Mission Valley, El Cajon, La Mesa, Lakeside, Santee, Lemon Grove, Spring Valley, National City, Chula Vista, and Imperial Beach.
All employees are eligible for 401(k) savings and investment plan and Employee Assistant Program. You'll also receive a cell phone stipend and incentives for referring new talent to VBA You’ll need to: Have a HS diploma or equivalent, and be 18 years of age or older Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Be open to work at least 3 days weekdays for a 3 hour shift between 3:00-7:00pm Be available to attend one of training schedules for two weeks, held Mon-Fri 3:00-7:30pm & Sat 9:00am-4:00pm OR Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm OR an ONLINE training If hired, take a TB Test & Live Scan background check; provide proof of MMR and TDap vaccination Experience working with children and/or disabilities is desirable, but not required! We hire experienced RBTs and those just entering the field.
