We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our growing Long Island team. This is an opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about ethical, evidence-based care and is looking for flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support within a collaborative environment.
• What
• You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and ABA staff Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data analysis Collaborate closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Deliver parent training and ongoing caregiver support Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications
