- What
- You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive behavioral and skills assessments Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and ABA staff Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data analysis Collaborate closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers Deliver parent training and ongoing caregiver support Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications
