The Lead Staff is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs for youth aged 5 to 13. Key duties include guiding students through online learning, providing academic support, and ensuring compliance with EEC regulations.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a combination of education (High School, Associate, or Bachelor's) and experience working with school-age children. A criminal background check, fingerprinting, and reliable transportation are required.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Worcester serves over 500 kids from 5 to 18 years of age daily. We are a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, but we are our own company. We recognize thirteen holidays annually and our centers are closed. Additionally, if the holiday falls on a weekend day, we will be closed the Friday or Monday closest to the holiday.
Monitor and manage the individual schedules of each member, being sure that they are attending as required.· Guide members through the daily structure of on-line learning. Provide classroom supports including material provision, assistance with task completion, organizing materials, etc. Identify members that may need additional personal/family supports and report any identified needs to case management staff. Support and prepare students to organize any assigned homework that is required for them to complete for the next day. Collaborate and communicate with parents/guardians as needed.
