Job Title: School Based Navigator Location: St. Louis, MO Department: School Based Navigator Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a School Based Navigator, where you will play a vital role in connecting students and families to timely, effective behavioral health services. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by serving as a trusted liaison between schools, families, and internal care teams while supporting access to care, service coordination, and continuity of treatment. In this role, you will coordinate referrals, support intake and insurance processes, manage documentation, and collaborate with school‑based therapists, internal departments, and community partners to ensure students receive appropriate services in a timely and compliant manner. You will also assist with administrative coordination, crisis linkage, and ongoing support to maintain access to care throughout treatment.
