What We Offer
Salary range: $50,000/yr - $55,000/yr. based on working 44 weeks out of the year (8 weeks off in the summer). Potential to earn quarterly bonus up to $2000. Responsibilities
Provides a broad array of therapy services to adolescents, children, and their families that are referred by the school district, in a school based setting . Establishes and maintains effective, collaborative relationships with school and district professionals to ensure seamless integration of mental health services. Maintains contacts with relevant persons and agencies that impact child and family functioning to coordinate service delivery and develop resources for effective discharge planning. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all client-related documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices. 80% of the time will be spent doing clinical work, 20% of the time will be spent doing care coordination with other school Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Child Development from a regionally accredited college or university Must have the capability to register in DORA as Registered Psychotherapist, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW or licensed candidate. Must have had a clinical internship and two years of clinical counseling work preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Able to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agency’s clients and staff. Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be able to drive on behalf of the company. Ability to work with sensitivity to the cultural and/or socioeconomic diversity of the agency’s clients and staff. Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical exam. Must be at least 21 years of age.
