Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - [Parker, SD] Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide school based therapy to children in the educational setting. This position offers flexibility, creativity, and autonomy. Our therapists make a meaningful difference for children they treat!

This position will serve multiple schools, including Marion, SD and Montrose, SD, with travel between locations as needed.

What You’ll Do · Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development · Provide therapy services aligned with student goals and educational needs · Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress · Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements · Participate in team meetings and student progress discussions

Requirements

What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Current Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards
