Physical Therapist

As a physical therapist, you will provide screenings and evaluations to determine the requirements for skilled physical therapy intervention and develop treatment plans focusing on functional outcomes. You will also monitor patient progress and collaborate with community staff and rehabilitation staff.

Candidates must have successfully completed an accredited physical therapy program and possess a current valid physical therapist license. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-Centered approach to care are essential.
