About the Role

As a clinic-based Social Worker (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW) at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide neurodiversity-affirming care to children and families in a pediatric therapy clinic. You'll foster each child's social skills, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and coping skills through: Providing individualized and group therapy Collaborating daily with occupational, physical and speech therapists Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $60,000-$70,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm Location: 3319 N.
