Key Responsibilities & Duties In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive early intervention services by conducting evaluations, clinical consultations, and direct therapeutic care that meet quarterly SOAR365 standards. The role demands a deep expertise in infant services and a commitment to maintaining professional certifications while strictly adhering to safety protocols and HIPAA privacy standards. Additionally, the therapist must communicate effectively with families and staff to promote organizational goals and actively mentor volunteers and interns as valuable members of the interdisciplinary team. Requirements & Qualifications Qualified candidates for the therapy position must hold a Master's degree or above in the assigned therapy area and possess current State Licensure. A relevant combination of education and experience may be considered. Essential skills include proficiency in the specific therapy area, excellent oral and written communication skills, and knowledge of the latest techniques to maintain high-level proficiency. Candidates must also be computer literate with the ability to adapt to new technology. The role requires the ability to travel to scheduled appointments, using a vehicle or alternate forms of transportation. Hours & Schedule Full-time therapists Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility. Early Intervention: Children treated in the natural environment, or where they typically spend their day. Staff required to attend on-site meetings, as assigned. Bonus Program available when monthly treatment hours are exceeded. Part-time therapists Typical schedule: any weekday or weekend, with flexibility preferred. Early Intervention: Children treated in the natural environment, or where they typically spend their day.
