Every Employee at Calvary Christian High School, whether a teacher, administrator, or staff member, is charged with playing a formative role in the spiritual lives of every student, their parents, and other CCHS Employees. Maintain a safe and productive learning environment by managing student behavior and following the regular teacher's guidelines.
Support and oversee plans and activities as set forth by the regular teacher.
Attendance and
Reporting: Take attendance, report any issues or concerns to the school administration or relevant staff, and leave detailed notes for the regular teacher about the day's activities and any notable incidents.
Be flexible and adaptable to different grade levels, subjects, and school environments.
Communicate effectively with school staff, including teachers, administrators, and support personnel, to ensure a smooth transition in the teacher's absence.
Uphold professional standards, follow school policies, and maintain confidentiality regarding students, instructional materials, and school matters.
Emergency
Procedures: Be familiar with the school's emergency procedures and protocols to ensure the safety of students in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Demonstrate a willing spirit and cooperative attitude to fulfill any other responsibilities assigned by the school administration for the effective and efficient operation of the school.
