Job Description

To provide academic support for LSC math courses and related subjects by engaging in 1:1 tutoring, classroom support and facilitating study groups and/or workshops as needed or requested.

Minimum Qualifications

Post-secondary certificate/diploma/degree in Mathematics, and 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in Mathematics at the high school level or above, or 4 years of work experience in Mathematics where no degree/certificate diploma/licensure is required, or An equivalent combination of education and work experience. Preferred Qualification Demonstrated ability to work successfully with persons from diverse backgrounds, and commitment to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
