Market context

Indiana RBT roles are in steady demand

Registered Behavior Technician roles in Indiana are commonly tied to school-based and pediatric support needs, so demand often follows local ABA and special education staffing needs. These positions can be competitive because employers often prefer current RBT certification and pediatric experience, while also expecting physical support tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your certification status and pediatric experience before applying.
