Responsibilities

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children. Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to enhance the learning experience. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Engage children in hands-on activities that promote creativity and critical thinking. Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive educational program. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children. Valid state teaching license or certification in early childhood education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
