About the Role

As an Elementary Team Teacher, you will partner with classroom teachers to support students through co-teaching, small group instruction, and targeted interventions. You will play a key role in helping students build strong academic foundations while nurturing their growth spiritually, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with faculty to plan lessons and implement interventions through the RtI process Provide whole group, small group, and individualized instruction based on student needs Support differentiated instruction within the classroom Monitor student progress and maintain accurate data for RtI goals Work closely with teachers and intervention specialists to support diverse learners Communicate effectively with faculty and parents regarding student progress Participate in professional development and team collaboration If you are called to invest in the lives of young learners and support their growth in a collaborative Christian school setting, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications

A clear testimony of saving faith in Jesus Christ and a strong commitment to Christian education and agreement with our school's Statement of Faith and community lifestyle statements. Commitment to upholding the Christian mission and values of Lake Center Christian School. Clear FBI/BCI background check Bachelor’s degree or higher, required Valid and active Ohio teaching license/certification, required Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, strongly preferred Strong understanding of instructional strategies and student learning needs Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs
