Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Who is Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare
- Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare provides comprehensive youth and family support services to primary caregivers of children and teens with developmental and intellectual disabilities, serving families across the state of New Jersey. We are seeking Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing clinical team and provide compassionate, individualized care to male clients with moderate to severe autism. This is an in-person position offering caseloads of up to 35–40 hours per week.
- Roles &
- Responsibilities: A BCBA will provide in-home and community-based ABA services, overseeing direct care staff and implementing individualized behavioral interventions. You will work closely with the client, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to create impactful change and promote meaningful skill development.
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Create and implement interventions based on the client’s behavior support plan (BSPs), including:
- Environmental arrangement
- Proactive behavioral strategies
- Acquisition of functional skills (including ADLs)
- Reduction of maladaptive behaviors
- Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavioral Assistants
- Deliver caregiver training and support
- Ensure timely completion of progress notes, data collection, and reports
- Monitor service authorization timelines and compliance
- Engage in crisis prevention, recognition, and intervention
- Maintain adherence to agency policies and ethical standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Services provided in-home, in-community, and in-center
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Valid NJ Behavior Analyst License (or eligible for licensure)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with moderate to severe autism
- Experience providing in-home/community-based ABA services
- Valid NJ Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
- Consent to and ability to pass State/Federal Criminal Background Checks
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are welcome
