Position Now Available: Direct Support Professionals (DSP)- Day Habilitation Services – Williamsville, NY A Quick Note About This Role: This position involves direct interaction and hands-on support with adults with developmental disabilities. Some days are incredibly rewarding, but the work can also require patience, teamwork, and consistency.

• Duties: Supports individuals with disabilities in a center-based program Teach daily living, social, and adaptive skills to increase independence May take individuals on community outings Document progress to help our people achieve their goals Be a positive role model and part of a supportive team

Qualifications
