Our client, Easterseals Crossroads, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Children’s Therapy Services team. What You’ll Be Doing

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide evaluation and ongoing therapy services to pediatric clients in clinic, home, and community-based settings. You will partner closely with families and other professionals to support each child’s development and independence.

Key responsibilities include

Conducting evaluations; developing treatment diagnoses, goals, and plans Providing direct OT interventions Collaborating with families on home programming and transition planning Fabricating or recommending adaptive equipment and assistive devices Managing a clinical caseload and maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Communicating with service coordinators and stakeholders Participating in multidisciplinary meetings, trainings, and professional development.

What They’re Looking For

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification Active Indiana OT license through the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) Pediatric and developmental disabilities experience preferred Ability to travel between work locations as required. Strong knowledge of typical and atypical child development Ability to plan, adapt, and modify environments and materials Experience using evidence-based interventions Effective communication with children, families, and professionals Strong organization and documentation skills Comfort working in active, hands-on therapy environments.
