Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities. Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive curriculum and teaching approach. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety regulations. Cda or higher degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in an educational setting. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for early childhood development. Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom atmosphere. Knowledge of early childhood education best practices and child development. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. State licensing requirements for teaching in a childcare setting.
