What you’ll do

As a key member of our team, you will

  • Help parents get ready to welcome a baby into their lives and continue to support and encourage these families over the baby’s first five years.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with families enrolled in the program
  • Provide support and education to families in their home to support healthy childhood growth and development.
  • Offer a listening ear to parents and connections to supportive services in the community.
  • Maintain professional communication with referral sources and community partners
  • Meet weekly with your supervisor to review progress and home visits
  • Create an individualized family service plan with goals, objectives, and activities to meet the family’s needs.
  • What we’re looking for
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration and insurance, and reliable transportation
  • 1–3 years of experience working with diverse populations
  • A compassionate, organized, and motivated professional who believes in family-centered support

What We Offer

  • Hourly pay: $22 - 22.50 per hour
  • Schedule: 35 hours/week
  • Monday–Wednesday & Friday: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • Thursday: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
