Community Habilitation Worker Enhanced - Columbia & Greene County

The community habilitation worker will provide mentoring and teaching services to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them achieve personal outcomes and growth. Responsibilities include teaching daily living skills and documenting progress.

Candidates must have prior experience with related populations and strong interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required, along with the ability to meet technological reporting requirements.
