Description The Athletic Coach is responsible for leading and developing a successful athletic program that supports the academic, social, emotional, and athletic growth of student-athletes. Coaches are expected to model professionalism, sportsmanship, integrity, and leadership while creating a safe, structured, and positive team culture aligned with the mission and vision of the school athletic program. Coaches must promote student-athlete development, academic accountability, discipline, teamwork, and a college-ready mindset through daily instruction, communication, and program leadership.

Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, families, and administration Knowledge of sport-specific rules, strategies, and player development Ability to supervise and manage student-athletes effectively Must meet all district and athletic compliance requirements Work Expectations Availability for practices, games, meetings, and team events outside regular school hours Ability to travel for athletic events as assigned Ability to supervise students in indoor and outdoor athletic environments Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and conduct at all times Compensation: Stipend Position
