Assist teachers in preparation of curriculum supplies, student testing and class or student support Support appropriate and effective classroom management procedures Develop a rapport with students that motivates and fosters enthusiasm for learning Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve grade-level and school goals Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures Work with Lower School Principal to ensure smooth running of the program Work to ensure that confidentiality is maintained by faculty and staff as it pertains to student discipline, academic struggles or staff issues Participate in other CCS events as assigned or requested by Principal or HOS
WORKING CONDITIONS Typically, a 5-day work week in an office environment. Working with various socio-economic groups, ages and nationalities.
