Job description
- POSITION OVERVIEW Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate and reliable part-time Behavior Technicians(BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT) to provide after school hybrid services to children on the autism spectrum.
- Technicians will support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- This position is ideal for individuals who are patient, energetic, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide 1:1 ABA therapy, in a hybrid setting (half of the sessions in center, half of the sessions in-home), to children following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA Collect and record behavioral data to track progress and guide treatment decisions Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families Maintain accurate, timely documentation that meets clinical and insurance standards Participate in supervision and ongoing trainings to strengthen your clinical skills Dragonfly Cares provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, veteran status, or any other protected status.
