Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for infants. Monitor and assess each child's development and progress. Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional and social growth. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the learning experience. Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops. Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. CDA or Associate with experience. Experience working with infants or in a childcare setting is a plus. CPR and First Aid certification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
