Conduct group and individual swim lessons to improve members' technique, comfort, and confidence in the water. Ensure all lessons are delivered in a safe and responsible manner.
The purpose of this position is to effectively conduct group swim lessons and individual swim lessons in a safe and responsible manner. Motivate members and guests to increase swim technique, comfort in the water are self-confidence. Other duties may be assigned as needed. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE: Hourly rate of pay based upon relevant experience to the role. 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%. Complimentary club membership. Requires swimming proficiency and American Red Cross certifications in Lifeguarding or First Aid/CPR/AED. A minimum of one year of instructing experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
