Position Summary

Radiology Associates of Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a full-time Breast Radiologist to support our growing practice in Tampa, FL. This position is primarily hospital-based and academically oriented. The candidate will work closely with the hospital/university breast surgical team, including interpreting both screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, MRI, performing localizations, biopsies, and attending tumor boards as part of an NAPBC accredited program. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with and teach residents. This position offers a high concentration of Breast Imaging (at least 90%, with up to 100% for interested candidates). Candidates who wish to maintain proficiency in general diagnostic skills will have the option to participate in general diagnostic shifts and emergency call if desired. Our practice is fully equipped with 3D technology, including for stereotactic biopsies. A desire to work in a collaborative environment with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists is required. This is a full-time position (8 am – 5 pm) with partnership track eligibility, though this is not mandatory. We also invite residents from the FSU Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs to rotate in our departments. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
