We are seeking passionate and energetic Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team to provide ABA therapy to families in Fanwood/Scotch Plains, NJ and surrounding/neighboring towns. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a schedule that works for you while enjoying a supportive, flexible and collaborative work environment. If you are a BT/RBT pursuing your BCBA certification, we provide free and quality supervision across invaluable and varied opportunities as a Student Analyst so that you can gain experience consulting in the homes, schools and community settings.
At least 2 years’ experience working with individuals with Autism (required) Some ABA experience/training (preferred) Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred but not required). Must be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire (required) Able to commit at least 8 hours per week (required) ideally seeking someone who wants to work 15-30 hours per week (preferred) Has some after-school/after 3pm availability (required); preference for those with a mix of both daytime and after-school availability
