- Start Date: Flexible Schedule:● 32.5 hours, Monday–Friday, set up as a split shift● Core schedule includes: - Morning: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM (approximate, some flexibility) - Afternoon/Evening: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM● Flexibility to cover school holidays and sick days with a more full-time schedule● Summer schedule may shift slightly (15–30 minutes for AM shift)● Open to candidates who may have additional work outside these hours, as long as this role remains their primary commitment and they can remain flexible
Responsibilities
● Full-scope childcare for three school-aged children● Managing morning routines and ensuring children are prepared for school and bus departure● Afternoon school pickup and transportation to activities● Coordinating and managing after-school schedules, including sports and extracurriculars● Preparing healthy snacks and meals for the children● Following simple recipes and maintaining balanced meals● Assisting with homework● Engaging children in age-appropriate activities, including reading, outdoor play, and creative play● Supporting children’s social and emotional development while respecting individual personalities● Managing children’s laundry, backpacks, lunch prep, and daily organization● Keeping children’s areas tidy and organized● Maintaining a running grocery list for children’s items● Keeping the nanny car clean and organized● Light household support related to the children (dishwasher, tidying kitchen, trash as needed)● Utilizing and following the family handbook and established household systems
Qualifications
● Experience as a professional nanny with school-aged children● Ability to effectively communicate immediate issues, updates, and needs with parents● Highly organized and proactive with the ability to take full ownership of the role● Comfortable managing multiple children with busy schedules● Confident driver with experience transporting children● Ability to balance structure with a fun, engaging approach● Comfortable preparing simple, healthy meals and following recipes
Requirements
