Lead ABA therapy delivery in a center-based environment for children ages 5 and under. Provide clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians and implement individualized, assent-based behavior plans while engaging parents in training.
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) capable of delivering evidence-based care. Requires the ability to supervise staff and manage clinical outcomes using data-driven decision-making.
