The College of Human Development, Culture, and Media seeks Federally Funded Work-Study students to provide clerical, administrative, and general office support in various areas throughout the College during the 2026–2027 academic year.
This individual will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include sorting and distributing mail, greeting office visitors, assisting with restocking office supplies, organizing and maintaining files, updating Excel spreadsheets, assisting with campus event preparation, and performing other related duties as assigned.
45 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Required qualifications: **federal work study (Fws) eligibility is required**
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Cordial and respectful demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the University community.
