Job Description

Organize, supervise, and administer all aspects of the alpine ski program. Teach and develop alpine skiing fundamentals, racing techniques, conditioning, and mental preparation. Plan and conduct effective practices and training sessions. Ensure compliance with league, state association, mountain, and school safety guidelines. Monitor weather and slope conditions and adjust plans accordingly. Coordinate practice schedules, race logistics, transportation, equipment management, and communication with athletes and families. Work collaboratively with mountain personnel, race officials, and league representatives. Previous alpine ski coaching and/or competitive skiing experience preferred. Knowledge of alpine ski racing techniques, training methods, and safety procedures. CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
