Soccer Shots East County San Diego, LLC, is a team of passionate individuals who are world changers bringing social-emotional skill development to children aged 18 months to 10 years old through the game of soccer. The high-quality and high-energy soccer classes run weekly throughout East and South San Diego. We proudly serve and partner with Preschools, Elementary Schools, and Public Parks, serving thousands of families every week. Our sessions are more than just soccer—we lead structured, play-based activities that help kids build confidence, social skills, and a love for being active. Soccer Shots East County San Diego, LLC, looking for energetic, reliable, and engaging individuals who enjoy working with children and are comfortable leading groups in a fun, structured environment. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for those with experience in camps, childcare, or youth programs who want to stay active and make a positive impact. You’ll lead soccer-based activity sessions where you’ll be on your feet, interacting with kids, guiding activities, and keeping energy high from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Lead 10–20 sessions per week (based on availability) Run fun, structured, and engaging classes using a provided curriculum Keep children focused, active, and excited throughout each session Manage groups of children in a positive and organized way Adapt activities to different age groups (18 months–10 years) Build positive relationships with children, families, and site staff Maintain a safe and supportive environment during all sessions

Requirements
