  • Adjunct Faculty-Spanish Language JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Join Florida Polytechnic University — Florida’s all-STEM public university and the #1 public college in the South — as a part-time adjunct instructor in Spanish Language.
  • In this role, you will engage high-achieving undergraduate math, science, and engineering majors in face-to-face classes in Beginning Spanish 1, Beginning Spanish 2, and/or special topics courses in Spanish.
  • Through a communicative approach, you will help students build foundational proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, enabling them to navigate everyday situations and engage with Hispanic culture in both professional and social contexts.
  • JOB DESCRIPTION KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Face-to-face course development and delivery skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • University-level teaching experience preferred.
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree from an accredited institution with at least 18 credit hours in the discipline.
