- CareThis position is responsible for: Providing Child Care services for children in the child watch areas including personal care, hygiene, learning and development activities and specialized programs; prepares and maintains record; maintains cleanliness and orderliness of childcare property. Assists with the set-up, oversight, and cleanup of children’s parties as scheduled.

- Responsibilities: Provides constant care for the needs of the children in an efficient, clean, loving, safe, secure, and healthy Builds and maintains effective and positive relationships with parents in order to ensure an enriching and nurturing experience for their children. Develops and implements hands-on activities which are age appropriate. Determines appropriate supplies and materials are available at all times; ensures the children’s safety in utilizing the same. Provides opportunities for physical and mental stimulation through both inside and outside activities. Prepares and serves children snack; ensures that children receive nutritional and tasteful food.

- Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language. Ability to observe children and ensure their safety. Ability to lift, hold, and carry toddlers on a regular basis. Duties are usually performed by combinations of sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent change basis. Work is performed in a normal childcare environment where there are little physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
