Instructors must skillfully and safely use various Pilates equipment, including Mat and Reformer, to deliver creative group experiences while adhering to Club Pilates educational standards. Responsibilities also involve developing safe and challenging class plans, providing instruction for various session types, and demonstrating anatomical knowledge to offer necessary modifications for clients.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates education, including Mat and Reformer training, and demonstrate confidence in teaching all client levels safely.
