Instructors must safely and creatively lead group Pilates classes using various equipment, ensuring proper technique and providing necessary modifications for clients with limitations. Responsibilities also include developing effective class plans, adhering to Club Pilates standards, and providing instruction for intro, group apparatus, private, and semi-private sessions.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates education, including Mat and Reformer training, and demonstrate confidence in instructing all client levels safely.
