Command respect and assertiveness with participants.

Handle admin tasks (registers, paperwork & H&S documents) efficiently.

Maintain strong customer retention.

Understand and cater to the needs of the participants.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements: NGB Level 1 FA Coaching Badge (desirable)

Experience in delivering soccer sessions.

A genuine passion for soccer is a MUST.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

First Aid and Child Protection Training – Desirable (training can be provided).

Level 2 Coaching badge – Desirable (training can be provided).
