• Los Angeles Soccer School (LASSO) is more than just a youth soccer program—it’s a movement dedicated to developing the next generation of soccer stars.
• We are passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment where children aged 3-12 can develop their skills, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love for the game.

Responsibilities

Deliver dynamic soccer sessions to a diverse age range.

Command respect and assertiveness with participants.

Handle admin tasks (registers, paperwork & H&S documents) efficiently.

Create a FUN and engaging learning environment.

Uphold professionalism with clients.

Maintain strong customer retention.

Understand and cater to the needs of the participants.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements: NGB Level 1 FA Coaching Badge (desirable)

Experience in delivering soccer sessions.

A genuine passion for soccer is a MUST.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

First Aid and Child Protection Training – Desirable (training can be provided).

Level 2 Coaching badge – Desirable (training can be provided).
