Responsibilities

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development. Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment for toddlers. Observe and assess children's progress and development regularly. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and learning. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Encourage play-based learning and hands-on activities to stimulate curiosity.

Requirements

High School diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Passion for early childhood education and child development. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude. Background check and references required.
