Behavior Technician roles in Michigan are commonly tied to school-based and clinical support for children with behavioral needs, so demand often follows local staffing needs in education and healthcare. This role is competitive because employers typically look for experience with children, a related bachelor’s degree, and practical requirements like a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean background check.
