Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 4-year-old client for approximately 25 hours per week.

What you’ll do
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings
- Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
- Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
- Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What you’ll need
- Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
- Current RBT certification
- Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
- Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
